This is a good product it you need an extra aide in loosing weight. I read other reviews and I think people expect miracles when it comes to weight loss. I am here to tell you there are no magic pills!! It takes hard work with balanced diet and a regular exercise regimen. You will not achieve your desired results without being committed. The Alli program delivers exactly what it promises and it is FDA approved to boot! I did the program and it does work but now I am eating right 90% of the time and exercising daily. It is all about life style changes no quick fixes folks. The down side to this product is the cost. It is quite expensive. I went through about two bottles and it was helpful. Another downside was the bathroom episodes. If you have too much fat intake (I believe 15 grams) there is a price to pay. This side effect is clearly explained in the packaging. So don't be mad at Alli if you are pigging out and end up running to the bathroom! I would recommend it and I would use it again if necessary.
