Ok so I fell into the hype for Alli.

I figured hey if it stops me from absorbing fat that could be a good thing.  Not soo hot. The side effects are awful.  Not that I eat tons of fats during one meal, however if you do this pill will let you know it.

I have only been on it for about three weeks but am really thinking hard if its worth continuing.  It is very expensive and not covered on a flexible spending account.  So  you wont get reimbursed anywhere for it.  I am a little nervous to stop the pill also, since I have read that once you stop it you can actually gain weight.

I was looking for something to give me a little push through the less active winter months to actually kick me up a little until the spring came and I got more active.  Now I am thinking I may have gotten into something that wasnt such a good idea.

We will have to see how it plays out I guess and maybe have to work extra hard come the spring to fix this mess lol

I've heard so many bad things about this product! You have to wonder how it's even still on the market.
