By far the best diet program I've tried. It's smart, it's simple and it's really helpful. Yes, there are side effects but if you follow the guidelines and don't think of these as an excuse to eat whatever you want, you'll find it exceptionally helpful in losing weight in a healthy manner. It's been just under a month and I'm down 15 pounds! and I've not had ANY problems.

Do try this is you're thinking about it and willing to follow the guidelines. Otherwise, don't waste your money if you can't stick to it.
