for several years I have guided people to either A-gain muscle or B- lose weight. I have a medical background so when I saw Alli I thought-wow, a healthier alternative. My first impression was that the product would encourage a healthier diet without having to stay on a pill to keep the metabolism going. I tried the pill so I could recommend it. I would only try pills if they would not alter my metabolism. My friend and I gained 2 lbs in the first week. We did not eat fatty foods-quite the opposite. I did not want to experience the side affects. Yes, I did experience the side affects after eating one slice of pizza. Afterwards I discontinued the product. I would not recommend this product.
