It's not worth the money.

not a believer in weight loss drugs, a busy person

I tried this product in the hopes I could get a jumpstart on my weight loss. It did help me to maintain my fat intake, because I was worried about treatment effects. Even with keeping the fat grams low, I still had some side effects and only lost about 3 lbs in 6 weeks. I think sticking with a low calorie diet  and exercise will work as well.
