Well, here it is....the next magic diet pill!  NOT!  Be real careful as you venture into taking Alli, and eating as much and as much fat as you want.  Don't do it!  You'll be sorry!  Alli is Xenical, or Orlistat, which came out a few years ago.  It grabs on to excess fat in the bowels and does not allow it to be digested and absorbed, therefore you are taking in less calories.  If you overdo the fat in your diet, I assure you, it will not be a pretty bathroom sight.  Therefore, use it as a jump start, and change a few of your bad eating habits, one at a time.  Pick one out each week, and go for it!
