Pros

    helps you identify, No prescription needed, FDA approved, Absorbs some dietary fat, doesnt use caffeine to keep you going.

Cons
    Costs $1-2 per day, Causes unwanted side effects, Be close to a bathroom, expensive, be wary of the side effects
