I used Alli for two months and it didn't really help me with losing any weight.  It will cost you about 50 dollars a month and all I received was symptoms of gas, constipation runny stools.  I feel the best way to lose weight is by exercizing more and eating fewer carbs.  And I don't mean Dr. Atkins.  You should be able to lose weight by limiting your carbs to 50 grams a day and that should do it.  Also try to eat at least half of your calories before 9 am.  That spikes your metabolism to help you lose weight.  Drink coffee at least once per day, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and a small amount of whole grains.  Up your fiber intake.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.  Especially cold water.  That will use up 50 calories per day.  Taking pills is not the natural way to go.  Its not really good for your body, costs too much, and you can't take a pill forever.  Walking is the easiest exercize plan you can follow.  Starting with 15 per day.  If you walk 1 hour per day you can use up 600 calories per day and thats without having to go on a special diet.
