I received my starter pack as a sample. So far, after one week I still have a sporadic schedule of taking one blue pill before every meal. I am so busy that unless I have the pill in the palm of my hand, I forget to take it! I'm going to take this as a positive for the product though because I have not experienced any negative side effects - and I certainly would remember those!
