Still on the fence if I would use it again.

try to eat healthy, changing my lifestyle to lose weight, health conscious
Pros

    No prescription needed, great jump start to weight loss, Absorbs some dietary fat

Cons
    Be close to a bathroom, Cannot take product forever, Causes unwanted side effects

I wanted to try this product because I wanted to jump start my weight loss.  I went and got this product the first day it came out, hoping it would help me loss the many unwanted pounds I have.  It did help, however the side effects were really bad the first couple of days so I stopped taking it.  Its not easy to take when you have a busy life.  About a month later I started it up again and really focusing on my intake, I started doing Weight Watchers and it seems to be working great, no real side effects lately.  I think it helps be stay on track, because I don't want to deal with the side effects.
