I never heard of this airline until I had to fly to Orlando one-way. I found this airline on one of the travel sites and had to check it out. $29.00 to Orlando!!! Well, not quite... everything is carte blanch. Be sure to read the FAQ section on the airline site. I found it saved about $10 to go to the local airport and book my tickets. I prepaid for checking a bag and did not prepay for seat location. The agent told me if I got to the airport 2 hours early I would have no problem getting adjoining seats. All in all, $94.00 for two people and I thought that was a steal.
When I checked ticket counter times on the internet, they said 3-5pm but when I got to the airport at 3:10, the counter was closed. I asked at another counter if they were going to open and found out they were open from 1-3pm! They told me to wait a minute and lo, an agent came from behind the door and took care of me. He appologized for the time change but the web site had not been updated.
When we got to the airport it was just as the agent said; No problem getting adjoining seats. The plane was an MD80 and all are seats are coach. The plane was very clean. They have no reading material except the safety brochure. Pillow, blanket, beverages, etc are all extra.
There were thunderstorms on the horizon as we flew but it was a smooth flight and arrived exactly on time.
I would recommend this airline to anyone that is going where ever it goes.
