    they don't answer the phone, when they do they're rude, Limited Service, Nickel & Dime Pricing, changes your schedule

It is strickly an us against them airline. There is no effort toward customer service and if anything goes wrong, even if it is their fault, you are on your own.
If you think it's like a bus or a used car lot you will be more prepared for the harsh reality.
When comparing prices to other airlines don't forget to look at all their hidden fees.
