I recall when I was a child and Cabbage Patch dolls were released to the public, I had to have one. I am glad that they have resurfaced in time for my children to enjoy them. These dolls are for children of all ages either to play with or collect. Cabbage patch dolls come in a variety of styles to meet each childs needs. Hair color range so a child could find the perfect color to match theres. Hair is made of yarn but is securely sewn in so that it rarely falls out. Body of these dolls is stuffed fabric but is articulated to have a belly button and a cute little bottom which of course is covered by a baby diaper. Name of creator Xavier Roberts is on the dolls behind. Clothes are well made and come in a vast variety of styles. Head of the doll is plastic and is harder than the rest of the body. Dolls facial expressions are always different as Coleco stated that these are one of a kind. I believe any child should own one or more of these, to either collect or play with.
