I am not one to pop pills for every little ache or discomfort. I prefer to let nature take it's course and the body heal itself, whenever it possibly can. It does not mean that I am anti medication. It's just that, from time to time, I want my body to develop and retain the power to fight the bad bugs without any outside help. However, there are times when you absolutely need to feel a 100%. You cannot afford to ttake it easy or be less than fully active. It is for colds at times like this that I depend on Alka Seltzer Cold medication. Alka Seltzer Cold is something I'd take for quick and reliable relief. It has never failed me. It does not give me a terrible 'hangover' kind of feeling the next day. Tylenol Cold on the other hand, takes care of the cold somewhat but gives me a headache and makes me feel drowsy all through the following day. In fact I end up feeling much more miserable than I did before I took the medication. Now, I not only have a cold, but also a hangover. Alka Seltzer treats the cold and gets you going soon. It's the I depend on the most.
