"Aliens in America" is a new show on the CW. It follows "Everybody Hates Chris" (another very funny show inspired by Chris Rock) on Monday nights. I really recommend this one. The title doesn't help much. I originally thought it was sci-fi or something and based on the title alone, had no desire to even tune in and sample an episode at the start of the new season. I honestly thought I was going to hate this show. I'm pretty picky, especially with comedies, but I figured the concept was somewhat different so I would check it out. — — By the end of the first episode I was completely hooked and have to say that any preconceived notions I may have had were eradicated by the third episode. — — Who would think the spawn of the married UPN and WB would produce a relevant TV show that provides laughter, insight and a little lesson about life, diversity and understanding. — — That said, if the writer's strike kills…

This show is about an exchange student from Pakistan who comes to live with Justin and his family in Wisconsin.
