This is THE first place I look for any book I'm after.

into finding great deals online, a bargain hunter, appreciative of good customer service, On- Line Shopper, expecting good, fair service

Years ago my mother had found a wonderful book she thought I might like at the Salvation Army called "Fisher's Hornpipe" by Todd McEwen. It turned out to be my all-time favorite, but somewhere along the years of moving around I lost it. I wanted my husband to be able to read it years later, but it was out of print. Behold Alibris. Alibris specializes in out of print or hard to find books, usually used, usually in excellent condition, and usually at an unbeatable price - even with the shipping costs factored in. Over the past few years Alibris has become automatically become the first place I search for a title - even before Amazon. I also like that Alibris sends coupons to my e-mail fairly regularly that are worthwhile and easy to use. I found "Fisher's Hornpipe" on Alibris, and I found the rest of Todd McEwen's works as well. I work in a library and when people have been looking for hard-to-find titles to purchase or particular textbooks, I have recommended Alibris to them, and everyone has been pleased with its selection and ease of use thus far.
