Aldi - Trussville, AL Reviews

Aldi is the first place to go on our shopping list! The prices are fantastic, but because it is a "small box" type market the selections are limited. We have saved an average of 20 dollars a week since we started shopping there because the deals are so great! We have not had any complaints at all about the quality of the products, and we buy mostly Aldi brands. Their fresh meat department is extremely limited, so if your family does not get frozen meats you will likely want to buy those somewhere else. But, you want to shop Aldi FIRST for produce, soups, canned veggies, cereal, snack foods, and...

This is a great concept for this economy! Great prices!

 But still, somehow, the whole experience struck me as strange. I will occassionally buy a store-brand product, but found it strange to go into a store where there wer very, very few brnad-name products. It was like shopping in a foreign country.
