Aldi - Syracuse, NY Reviews

Well, I will be the first to say that I was totally against shopping at Aldi.  My sister and niece would mention the deals that they would get there but all I could think of was dented cans and out of date food.  They said I was crazy and that the food is very good and they can sell it cheaper because they don't use name brands and don't have to hire as many people because there are no baggers or workers who have to round up carts.  I still wasn't convinced until my husband had surgery and was out of work.  Funds were tight and I thought that it couldn't hurt to give it a try.  I told myself...

I live in Philadelphia, PA and I used to shop at Save-A-Lot.  I never thought they had the best foods but some items you could get at a good price.  They were comparable to Murrays.  I then stumbled into an Aldi one day after work because it was on the way home and I always wondered what was in those orange and blue bags people carried that read "ALDI".

 To my surprise, the food was great.  I went on line and found one closer to my home and others have opened up since then.  It's been over 6 years and each year...each month Aldi's selection of food gets better.

I find their employees very friendly...

I love Aldi's and the food is great!  I have been shopping there for quite a few years.  The stores in Clay and Liverpool are newer and set up a little bit better than North Syracuse.  One thing I love is their guarantee  - if you get home and the produce is not up to par you can return it!  My advice TRY IT YOU"LL LOVE IT!
