I flew from San Francisco to Seattle on Alaska,my first time to use it.The people at both airports were extremely friendly and helpful!They told me exactly what to do and where to go.They marked my gate no. on my boarding pass.When my gate no. changed later,they announced it over the speaker.The stewardesses were very friendly and helpful.There was a little more legroom than on U.S.Airways.I had no problems with anything or anyone at all.Even the pilot was very friendly,happy and funny when he made his announcements!I did not purchase my ticket,so I can't comment on the price.I would definitely use this airline again!
