Alaska Airlines —
I adopted a labrador retriever puppy from Washington state and worried how I would get him home to Southern California. I searched all the airlines as to who was pet friendly...Alaskan Airlines! I had to purchase my puppy a ticket ($75), but he was allowed up in the cabin with me, placed under the seat during take off and landing. When we were waiting to board, the Captain came up to us and said "I hear we have a little puppy traveling with us?" He then petted Lakota and smiled. They are so friendly, and made us feel so important. I would have never let my puppy go down below, and was so happy they allowed me to carry him on board. Now, when ever I travel, I first check to see if Alaskan Airlines goes there just because of the outstanding customer service we received, regardless if we have the dogs or not.
