I've tried at least 7 times in less than 2 wks to fly Alaska Air on a guest pass. It just so happens that several airlines had discontinued or cancelled services all in that same 2 wk period. My loss. But I'm sure if I had been able to fly Alaska Air, it would have been a good experience. Most of the agents taking care of business with Alaska Air were helpful and knew what they were doing. A few seemed not to care. Kudos to those who made my unfortunate delay easier to handle.
