This airline has been wonderful to travel on.  The crew that we have experienced has been extremely accomodating and nice.  Some how our reservations were lost going to Disneyland last December.  The airline went ahead and made room for us on another flight without us paying.  The travel agency had made an error. Our luggage has always made it and the captain made a point of grabbing our son and letting him sit in the captains seat for a picture.  Classy I thought.
