 When we came to desk to pick up a vehicle we had to wait as there was a disagreement at the counter, now I can guess why.

 When we went to sign the contract my spouse gve them the wrong credit card to cover the insurance on the vehicle .We had used Air Miles for this vehicle and were already having to pay $71.00 .When I told them to change it to another card we were told it would take 10 minutes to do this and the car insurance that I have been paying the premiums on  would not be adequate.So we ended up adding another $75 to the bill.

When we went to get our Ecomomy vehicle they did not have any, for the same price they gave us a Premium vehicle.

When we were ready to go home our plane did not leave for about 3 hrs after our return time .My spouse called as the contract was in his name and they said no problem about bringing the vehicle in later no penalties were mentioned. When we dropped the vehicle off it was a quick once over and the receipt was handed to us. Our bill which originally started out at 71.00 was now 261.00 . We had to pay for another day instead of just 3 hours and not the ecomy rate but the premium vehcle price and they also added more insurance. if we had been told about this huge penalty in advance we could have made other arrangements to save this cost.

 I will not recommend anyone use this rental company.

Keep in mind that we used Air miles for the rental car for 3 days we did return the vehicle on the last day and were charged 261.00 .Just 1 month prior we had rented a vehicle not using Air Miles at the Las Vegas airport and was charged 211.00 for a whole week for a Nissan Ultima with unlimited mileage through Enterprise .I do understand that we were late and also expected a charge because of that however the amount way exceeded the time that we were late. When I complained the person behind the counter could not explain the charges to my satisfaction.
