One miscommunication after another - total disaster.

First they lost my reseravation, then they allowed me to return my car to a location that had already closed down! When I asked what to do next, they told me to keep the car overnight but refused to reimburse me for hotel parking until I threatened to leave the car where it was. A complete and utter disaster.
