Alamo Review

I had the best experience with Alamo Car Rental. It was the first time I ever rented a car. I started by going on line to Alamo.com, I put in the information of the trip I was taking, and the site showed me the vehicles available and the price for the time I needed it. I had looked up other car rental places and Alamo was the least expensive by far. I then picked out a car, I received a reservation confirmation, and printed it out. I took my confirmation to my local Alamo at the airport counter, gave them my confirmation number, paid, and received my keys. The customer service representative gave me an information packet about the vehicle and insurance. The car we reserved was a mid size, we ended up getting a Chrysler 300, I loved it! She showed us where the car was and we were on our way. The vehicle itself was very, very clean. You would never even know that someone had it before, it was like new. The whole process was so easy and the customer service was awesome. Now, when anyone asks me about car rental I immediately tell them about Alamo. I have rented cars since and I always use Alamo.
