I always use Alamo rental cars when I travel.  They always have the best deal and have alot of promotions to keep the costs down.  I like the fact that you can just pick out your own car instead of them just assigning one to you.  I had a problem with my last rental and the customer service agents were really friendly and worked with me to solve the problem.  I've been renting cars from Alamo for the last 10 years and will continue to do so in the future
