A friend recommended Alergen Emergen-C to me a couple years ago, and I'm very gratefule to her.  Whenever I start to feel like I'm catching a cold, I drink one or two of these for a couple days, and I do not actually get sick.  I really have not had a bad cold since I started using these.  I have also found that these packets make the perfect "pick-me-up" beverage if I'm facing a mid-afternoon energy slump.  Mixing one of these with a glass of water gives me the energy boost I need to keep working, without the jittery feeling and dehydration caused by drinking caffeine.  The drink powder comes...

           I have been using Emergen-C for 5 years now, I love it I I add it to my water when I go to the gym it gives my water a better taste and gives me that extra vitamin C I need. I also add it to my Ice tea during the day. I think Emergen-C gives me a extra boost during day to keep me going while giving me the vitamins I need to keep me healthy and it tastes great. They are cheaper then buying those vitamin waters and you get less calories.
