If you are looking for a quick pick me up, without sugar or caffeine, this is a great product.  I wouldn't recommend it for an everyday Vitamin C supplement; however, if you're having one of those stress days and feel yourself "sinking", one of these packets in water is great!  It has a subtle taste--not too strong or sugary, and a little bubbly--but not too much like soda!  And, no crash… read full review »

           I have been using Emergen-C for 5 years now, I love it I I add it to my water when I go to the gym it gives my water a better taste and gives me that extra vitamin C I need. I also add it to my Ice tea during the day. I think Emergen-C gives me a extra boost during day to keep me going while giving me the vitamins I need to keep me healthy and it tastes great.
