    Vitamin's & mineral's, Variety of formula's, Cheaper then Vitamin water, great taste, No crash later, Variety of flavors, 1000 mg Vitamin C, Seems to build my immunity, Gives me back my energy, Convient packet's, Easy to mix, It works better than caffeine!

Alacer Emergen-C — 

           I have been using Emergen-C for 5 years now, I love it I I add it to my water when I go to the gym it gives my water a better taste and gives me that extra vitamin C I need. I also add it to my Ice tea during the day. I think Emergen-C gives me a extra boost during day to keep me going while giving me the vitamins I need to keep me healthy and it tastes great. They are cheaper then buying those vitamin waters and you get less calories.

         Plus it is easy and convenient to just throw some packs in your back pack or purse and always have them with you when you need them, they are not expensive like other vitamin drinks which makes them great for people like me. Give Emergen-C a try you might find out you like it and it is good for you. And they have some great flavors, Raspberry is my favorite
