Alacer Emergen-C —
Emergen-C was introduced to me 25 years ago when I was low on energy one day and was given a package to try. Mixed with cold water I had my energy back within a few minutes - and it has been a part of my workouts ever since.It replaces the minerals and electrolytes that get used up during exercise or stress during the day.
They come in a variety of flavors and do not need to be sweetened, but if you do want to sweeten it use Stevia instead of any chemical sweeteners. I have just found that they have many different types for different specific needs - a Heart Health formula that I will be using.
