Alacer Emergen-C — 

Several people I know drink this along with myself and I haven't heard a complaint yet.

I say give it a shot. Not only does it hydrate you but it can also give you energy and oddly enough you can drink it before bed and sleep better.

These words directly from my naturopath and I have taken it before bed and had a great night sleep.
