I am very health conscious and try to assist my bodies natural immunity as much as possible . I have been pleased with Emergen-C's ability to assist me in keeping a healthy immune system .
When I am extremely busy and don't have time to eat a full meal , I will add Emergen-C to a bottle of water , grab some raw nuts and a piece of fruit . I don't feel run down from not eating a full size meal because The vtamin's and mineral's in Emergen-C keeps me energized until the next mealtime . This is very important to me when I travel , because it is difficult to eat every meal at a precise scheduled time when meeting's sometime are extended past lunch, etc.
My overall opinion of Emergen-C is , I won't travel without it and I alway's have it on hand . I love the tangerine flavor the most and like the heart and joint formula's the best . I am a 55 year old female and it is very important to me to take preventative measures to insure my overall quality of good health .
I also add Emergen-C to a bottle of water during my workout session's ,and when I go for walk's . I don't feel exhausted or have joint pain when I use the joint or msm formula.I love the product and can't say enough about how it has assisted me in my quest to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I feel Emergen-C has helped me in maintaining good health, I would recommend it to everyone for the excellent benefit's it offers in aiding in the quality of one's health. And the taste is excellent as well .
