Southwest has the easiest web site to use-We travel six to eigjht times a year-we book our flight as soon as they come avaiable and keep an eye on it -if the price goes down they let you rebbok and get a credit-if you don't use your credit it can easily be transfered to friends and family

My worst flight experience. I typically would not go out of my way to write a bad review for something, but I was truly appalled by the service I have received on this flight. I was flying back home from my dental school interview in Florida - so I was packed very light. I only brought my suit and a change of clothes for 3 days. Overall, I had a standard carry-on bag (bought from macys, never had a problem getting on the plane with it before), and a garment bag for my suit. As I was boarding the plane, the flight attendant stopped me and told me to check my carry on bag to make sure it fits in...
