Airborne —
I don't know if this stuff works, but since your mind plays as big a role in getting you fit, as does your body, I religiously take Airborne at the slightest fear of the onset of a cold. The fizzy liquid (first it is a tablet that sits in water and transforms) always makes my throat think that something good is happening to it. And the thought of thousands of milligrams of vitamins coming my way always makes me feel better.More expensive than its competitors, Airborne tastes better than its competitors, so I never bother with the others. I also love the Airborne gummy lozenges, although I might be alone in this area. I highly recommend Airborne, even though I don't know if it is truly effective. But I think it is, and that's what counts.
