Our family of four, (Mom, Dad, 5 yr old and 3 yr old ) had been sick since November when I visited my 19 year old neice in mid March. She listened to my complaints and said she had tried yogurt, cold medicines, acidophilus and other stuff also and then finally tried Airborne and it worked. I figured we had nothing to lose, so the next day after going to the gym (where I could only do 6 minutes instead of my normal 20 40 on the elliptical machine) I bought 2 packages of the Airborne Lemon Lime flavored drop in fizzing kind of supplement. It tasted like lemon lime soda. You take it in 4-6 oz of cold or warm water every 3-4 hours a day no more than 3 times a day. I did it religiously for the whole bottle and began to get better. So, I bought some more. Each bottle holds 10-12 tablets so it will last one person about 4 days if you get a 12 tablet one. There was a deal on the box that if you buy 6 packages and mail in the UPC's, you get one package free. I have sent in 3 so far. My kids go to the daycare at the YMCA, my daughter attends preschool, we shop at the grocery stores and attends playgroups. We seem to get sick everytime we go to my husband's family's house, so I keep buying the Airborne. I will use it as much as I think I need it. It's $4.92 at Walmart, but a trip to the doc is $25 and antibiotics are $10-20, plus the cost to my body.
Oh, we also tried the caramel apple flavored chews. I thought they were grosse, but my husband tolerated them quite well. I wanted to spit it out. Just my opinion.
