We found this product a couple of years ago and always keep it in our home.  At the first sign of cold/sinus we start taking it.  We also took it every day on a cruise last year and stayed healthy when lots of others were getting sick.  Also if you save your receipts & boxes, you can mail in for a free box.  Details on package.
