A friend of mine recommended this....so I tried it. I do feel that it does help!  At the first sign of the sniffles or of a sore throat, I start taking it. Usually by the second day my symptoms are gone.  I also feel that it gives me more energy ....I dont take vitamins on a regular basis, and can feel the difference when I am taking Airborne. I like the pink grapefruit flavor best!
