Booked 2 tickets on June 16 for october 1st and received the confirmation email and my credit card was charged. on July 2nd I receive another confirmation email who stated I was confirmed for october 2nd. I call customer service asking if there was a mistake and they say: no it s a schedule change we can change your schedule anytime, it s company policy. Surely it s company policy but even a box sent with USPS has a better schedule than a passenger on Airtran. You are a shame for the airline industry and you should put out of the market! Will not book with them and pass the word to everybody on internet to be sure this big joke stop quickly.
