I have traveled for Business and pleasure for many years. Flying is not my favorite either but I do love to Travel to wonderful destinations! Seeing and experiencing new places is a passion I have had all my life. I worked in the Travel Industry for twenty years and loved it but can tell you that most of the problems are with the traveler and not the vendor!! This Airline is a true Value and is trying very hard to meet the customers demands! Most of the things we experience in air travel that is not pleasant is in the airports.Parking, baggage problems and lines out the door! Being on time or late is not always the Airlines fault, there are many factors they have little control over! This Airline proves that big ticket cost does not mean good seats, fast service or good customer relations. It's all about the people who work for the Airline and how much they like who they work for and what the do for a living!! I just resently took five flights from Dallas to Orlando and had no problems at all. That is really saying something since both of these airports a two of the busiest in the country. We were on time or early on all flights, I was impressed!

LOL let me tell you that you should check the forums about their employees. They suck their blood until the last drop, keep them from sleeping, under pay them make them hate the job they have. They call airtran worse than a jail So when I read your comment I want to say take you head out of the bag and look around you.
