Horrible flight, Flights always changing, bad customer service

I flew Airtran from Orlando to Detroit with a plane change in Atlanta. The entire experience from booking to the flight home was terrible and I will NEVER fly Airtran again. I booked the flight in March for travel in August for my mother and I. They changed our itinerary 3 times via email until I telephoned them not to change our itinerary again and if they did, I would cancel our flight. Flight day came and I knew the experience was going to be horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional, the planes are narrow and cramped, and the pilots were young and they flew the plane as if it was a sports car. I have never been on a plane and felt like I was on a roller coaster. The dives, sharp turns, excessive changes in speed - I could feel the pilot speed up and slow down and it was scary. I honestly didn't think we were going to make it safely into Detroit and I felt very sick. After complaining to management, they offered me half off my next flight but I seriously doubt I will take it. Aitran does have low prices, but it is a trade-off with customer service and in-flight experience.
