Air New Zealand is an excellent Airline. They have great customer service and wonderful service. I had a flight scheduled from Fiji to LA on Qantas. Qantas overbooked their flight and were going to put me on standby. This was Saturday and they told me the next flight out was on Tuesday. I had a connecting flight from LA to Philadelphia already scheduled. Qantas was rude and uncaring. Air New Zealand staff, however, offered to honor my ticket to LA and put me on their next flight. Their service at the airport and on the plane was great. They even had hot towel service in the morning. I would definitely fly Air New Zealand again.
