The bottom line is that the customer really likes her Air Bed! The reason that the payment was not completed may have been a problem with the customers account. I know my credit card company has started to put in daily spend limits. It sounds as though she may have been the embarrased one. The customer even complained when she got her bed earlier than was promised! From our internet business (Short Wave Radios), UPS assigns tracking numbers when they pick up the customers order (not us) and then we manually email the customers with the tracking number. We can't inform the customer about their tracking number if their purchase has not been picked up for shipment yet. Customers who call everyday about the status of their orders do not make their orders go out faster! She says that the company quotes 7-12 business days for delivery and she got her product within that time otherwise she would have complained about that. From what we have read and after talking to the people at Air Beds Unlimited, we have decided that we will buy our Air Bed from them, once we get our tax refund back. We will inform this link informed as to how everything went.
