I have terrible allergies, and thought this nose spray would help. Well it did help allot with my stuffed up nose, little did I know the misery had just began. the bottle says not to use more then 7 days without doctors approval, I had only used it for 6 and stopped.  When I first used Afrin I was amazed at how well it worked. Better than anything I had tried before. And being so good I was also amazed tat it is the cheapest of all nasal sprays! I've tried every pill available, sinus, allergy, congestion. They only worked for a couple hours. — I use Afrin spray before I go to bed. It works in less than 3 minutes. Afrin is a very effective nasal spray. It clears up congestion right away, very effective. And the results are lasting. I use Afrin the day before and the day I am flying. As, it de-congests me and make s me more comfortable while flying. as 'i have less popping and discomfort of my ears while flying. I have had some pretty painful flying experiences in the past and i have sensitive ears. Great stuff! But be sure to not use it for more than 3 days. The product becomes less effective with overuse, so it's probably better to use a rx from a M.D to remedy your sinus problems.
