I use Afrin the day before and the day I am flying. As, it de-congests me and make s me more comfortable while flying. as 'i have less popping and discomfort of my ears while flying. I have had some pretty painful flying experiences in the past and i have sensitive ears. Once i hear Afrin helps to eliminate the ear discomfort when flying I tried it and I won't fly with out it now!!!
