My air conditioning wasn't working, and the company I had a service contract with told me I would need a new heat pump (at a price of $8,000 - 10,000!).  I called Aero to get a quote on a new heat pump, and when Dennis Barton came out to give me an estimate, he took the time to look at the old heat pump that was malfunctioning.  In the space of ten minutes, he diagnosed and repaired the problem, and my air conditioning has been working great ever since.  He took time to explain the problem to me, suggest things I can do to prolong the life of the heat pump, and educate me about my options for... read full review »
