Advocare Spark Review

I first tried Advocare Spark at a womens convention and the minute I finished that yummy cherry drink, I felt like I could run a mile - but not with that racing heart thing you sometimes get after guzzling a Red Bull.  I was breat feeding at the time and was very concerned about my caff. intake and this drink was the answer.  My doctor indicated to me that the extra B vitamins should not cause any harm to the baby and if anything, I think it made my baby smart!  ok, so I am getting off the subject -no -it improves your mental focus too!  This drink also now comes in Mandarin orange, grape, fruit punch, cherry (my fave) and orange.  I have tried them all and all are really great; the grape taste just like dimeatapp (weird?! why is that medicine so good anyway??)  you can go on my ewbsite to read more!
