This is the best, you sleep and there are no side effects at all

an alergy sufferer, health conscious, trying to quit smoking, seasonally sick

    no side effects, Fast acting, effective, feel rested in the morning, helps with almost everything

Both my husband and I have tried other over the counter sleeping pills for those nights of sometimes insomia, but nothing works as well as Advil PM.  You sleep soundly, you feel rested in the morning and there are no side effects whatsoever.  We have recommended this to many family members and they also agree with how well it works.
