Advil PM Review

Advil PM is my absolute favorite night-time sleep medication.  Unlike "true" sleeping aids, like Unisom or prescription medications, Advil PM permits me a night's rest without a residual grogginess factor the next day.  This is really important to me since I need to function in a day job.  I cannot be going around the office half asleep.

Other medications similar to Advil PM include Tylenol PM and Excedrin PM.  I like those as well, but have found that Advil PM is cheaper and just as effective.  I am usually able to find a coupon for Advil PM.  When I combine a coupon with a sale on Advil PM, it turns out cheaper than either Tylenol PM or Excedrin PM.  I also like the gel caps since I sometimes have a difficult time swallowing pills.  With gel caps, they slide right down!

Advil PM also provides pain relief, so when I cannot sleep after doing physical labor (whether cleaning my entire home or volunteer grooming retired horses), I can take one of these before going to bed.  I know I will get pain relief for my aching arm and/or back muscles while using Advil PM.
