Advil Liqui-Gels Review

I do prefer Advil Liqui-Gels to other pain relief pills or even the regular brownish red Advil pills. The liquid gel capsules go to work a lot faster after you swallow them, as compared to the hard pills, because the gel casing dissolves quickly in your stomach and releases the medication immediately into your blood stream.

There is no other ibuprofen pain reliever that cures my headache within 30 minutes like this particular Advil does. When I pop one of the Liqui-gels, I know that my sinus pain or headache will be gone in 20 to 30 minutes.

Advil cures stress headaches, sinus headaches, caffeine headaches, headaches from little sleep, and headaches from too much intense work. The only thing Advil doesn't handle as well as I would like it to, is muscle aches. For instance really bad back pain or severe cramping do not completely go away after taking this medication. Maybe I need to take two of the pills for those, so perhaps it is just a dose issue. Despite this drawback, the Advil Liqui-gel capsule is generally one of the most effective pain relievers I have ever tried.

What I also like is that these blue opaque gel caps do not leave some nasty after taste in the mouth, on the tongue, or back of my throat after I swallow them. Plus, these pills do not rub off their coloring onto your fingers like the standard brownish red Advil caplets or tablets can end up doing, if your hand is slightly damp, clammy or warm.

For me, the Advil Liqui-Gels work really well at relieving most pains and aches, so I always keep some on hand at home. You can usually find them on sale at some drug store like Rite Aid or Walgreens or Longs, all you have to do is wait a week for those sales. I don't think there are house brands or generics for this type of ibuprofen gel cap pill at the moment. Advil is a good reliable brand so I'm happy to buy it.

If you want a fast acting pain reliever and don't mind paying a little extra for a name brand, the Advil Liqui-Gels are a really good option.
