    coating doesn't taste bad, easy to swallow, not expensive, works well, works quickly, No medicine-head!, safe

Cons
    only lasted 3 hours and had to take more

This actually does provide me with relief minus the dry sinuses you experience with other OTC medicines.  This product has brand recognition but also follows through with what it claims to do for you.  It is affordable and can be purchases just about anywhere.
